This website is run by Johnny Podcasts (Straight Up Podcasts, LLC). We keep things simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we only use it to reply to you and work with you.

The contact form

If you fill in the contact form, we receive your first and last name, your email address and your message. They are emailed to us so we can reply. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.

Booking a call (Calendly)

Our booking buttons open a scheduling window from Calendly. Calendly only loads when you click one of those buttons. Anything you enter there (like your name, email and the time you pick) is handled by Calendly under its own privacy notice, and shared with us so we can meet with you.

Show players

The show player on the home page streams episodes and artwork directly from each podcast’s hosting provider. When you press play, your browser connects to that provider, which may log basic technical details such as your IP address. Links to Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

No analytics or tracking

This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our own pages set no cookies.

How long we keep things

We keep contact messages and booking details only as long as we need them to reply, work with you, or keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us. Just use the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
